K2 Designers hold the right to change any prices at any given time without providing notice, customers paying yearly or 2 yearly for hosting will be rebilled with the new price plan. Payment not received for hosting will result in your site being disabled by our automated system. Once full payment has been received your site will be available within 24-48 hours. All Prices shown are not with VAT, we are not VAT registered as we do not buy physical goods therefore, being VAT regsitered is not neccesary. VAT cannot be claimed from K2 Designers.
[12.1]Website Payments
Payments should be made in stages with a deposit prior to commence, unless stated or agreed otherwise. As a company policy if reamainder or full payment has not been cleared or a payment confirmation date has not been specified by a customer in request of the developer (K2 Designers) this will result in your website being disabled untill further notice.
